GSBA Architects LB of North Richland Hills, TX designed the devleopments single-story buildings, two with 12,150sf and two with 14,175sf., masonry and glass will be used for the frontage road buildings and metal construction for the back buildings. The civil engineer is Ed Kellie and Associates of Keller.
