1109 Sawgrass Ct, Keller, TX 76248

Presenting Craft Builders' latest Masterpiece....nestled into the tranquil ambiance of Southern Hills....one of Keller's best-kept secrets! Come home to the Craft Difference (featured on the cover of the Jan '07 issue of Builder Architect Magazine), a distinction recognized for superior, well-engineered construction and exquisite design enhanced with a myriad of fine amenities to create a genuine Work of Art!

Inside the majestic iron and glass front door are welcoming hand-scraped hardwoods under food, soaring ceilings, open spaces, fabulous faux finishes, crown & trim detail. Every square inch of the intricate iron banisters, railing, and the wine room door have been painstakingly faux-painted by hand. Don't miss the oval-domed ceiling high above the staircase.

The executive study features dramatic wood-latticing overhead, granite-embellished fireplace and fine cabinetry. Phenomenal carpentry is on display throughout - especially in the main level living area where the fireplace mantle and a wall of window casings extend upward two stories to the ceiling!

One will find a superbly designed kitchen with Jenn-Aire premier appliances, cook top pot-filler, double convection ovens with warming drawer, built-in refrigerator/freezer, gourmet island, pass-thru serving bar, informal breakfast area & huge walk-in pantry. Adjacent to the kitchen is the spacious household management center with island work station, sink, laundry hookups, freezer space, abundant tumbled marble countertops and cabinets including a built-in desk.

The Master Retreat is spectacular - with a lighted, barrel ceiling and full windows that provide a view of neighboring woods. Boasting a faux-painted domed ceiling, lavish travertine and granite, equisite his-n-hers vanities and cabinetry, jetted garden tub, walk-in double shower with wall spray and overhead gentle rainfall, the master bedroom has the fell of an elegant day spa.

TREPAC Top Golf Tournament-Dallas. We had a BLAST!!! Thanks TREPAC!

Did we have fun or what? The Rutherford Team had two who had no golf experience, this guy,

Jim...who came in first on the first round...

and this guy....Robert
came in second on
the first round.

Here are the Pros...Rob and Teresa
Rutherford, and Vicki Truitt. See how they show us amateurs how to spot the ball.

Vicki has that Babe Didrikson Zaharias stance,...Teresa has that Hat thing going on,....and Rob, well, I'm not sure what the pose looks like, but Tiger called twice for tips on that swing.

All three fought for last place. But the second game the Pros came thru for the team.

We all had fun, see ya'll next year! Practice, Practice, Practice

Top Golf Tournament

Top Golf tournament tomorrow in Dallas and we'll all going to play, including Vicki and Lisa. I don't think any of us are any good except for Vicki and Rob, but we'll see. Play begins at 3:00pm at 8787 Park Lane and concludes around 8:00pm. with a winner's banquet. This is a MetroTex Association of Realtors TREPAC TopGolf Tournament and is a new way of playing golf. We'll have pics of us and the winners. Rumor has it that Tiger will be there playing for the Rutherford Team.
